Plastic pollution is destroying our biodiversity and our health. Through the circular economy, through 100% recyclable and recycled plastic, and through innovation and the search for alternatives, we are working to eliminate it. And we are mobilizing our partners. All G7 countries are now committed to eliminating plastic pollution by 2040! In Paris at the end of May, we will make further progress on a historic project: a legally binding international treaty to eliminate plastic pollution. By rallying worldwide support for this treaty, we can truly make a difference.
