We are moving forward together for a strong and lasting peace in Ukraine. Together with Europeans, Ukrainians, and Americans, we are strengthening our convergence: military support, robust security guarantees, and reconstruction. Ukraine must remain sovereign. Europe must remain secure. It is now incumbent upon Russia to make its determinations for peace.
