Je condamne avec la plus grande fermeté l'attaque d'un centre commercial israélien à Eilat par un drone houthi survenue en pleine fête de Roch Hachana. J'adresse mes pensées aux blessés, à qui je souhaite un prompt rétablissement, et à leurs familles. Toute ma solidarité et celle de la France au peuple israélien face au terrorisme.

من با رئیس‌جمهور ایران @drpezeshkian در حاشیه مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل متحد گفتگو کردم. پیش از هر چیز، بار دیگر بر خواسته روشن خود تأکید کردم: سسیل کوهلر، ژاک پاریس و لنارت مونترلوس، گروگان‌های دولتی که به‌طور خودسرانه و در شرایط غیرانسانی در ایران بازداشت شده‌اند، باید فوراً آزاد شوند. فرانسه هیچ یک از فرزندان خود را رها نمی‌کند. موضع ما روشن است: ایران هرگز نباید به سلاح هسته‌ای دست یابد. با توجه به عدم پایبندی ایران به تعهدات هسته‌ای خود، ما به همراه آلمان و بریتانیا تصمیم گرفتیم روند «اسنپ‌بک» مکانیسم ماشه را فعال کنیم که امکان بازگرداندن تحریم‌ها علیه ایران را فراهم می‌آورد. بار دیگر به رئیس‌جمهور ایران خواسته‌های خود را که هیچ‌گونه مصالحه‌ای در آن‌ها پذیرفته نیست، یادآور شدم: → دسترسی کامل بازرسان آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی در ایران. → شفافیت درباره ذخایر مواد غنی‌شده. → ازسرگیری فوری مذاکرات. یک توافق همچنان ممکن است. تنها چند ساعت باقی مانده است. اکنون این به ایران بستگی دارد که به شرایط قانونی که ما تعیین کرده‌ایم پاسخ دهد. برای امنیت منطقه، برای ثبات جهان.

I met with Iranian President @drpezeshkian on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly. First and foremost, I reiterated my demand: Cécile Kohler, Jacques Paris, and Lennart Monterlos — state hostages arbitrarily detained in Iran under inhumane conditions — must be released immediately. France never abandons its children. Our position is clear: Iran must never acquire nuclear weapons. In light of Iran’s failure to comply with its nuclear obligations, together with Germany and the United Kingdom, we have decided to trigger the Snapback mechanism, allowing sanctions to be reimposed on Iran. I once again made clear to the Iranian President the demands on which we will not compromise: → Full access for IAEA inspectors in Iran. → Transparency regarding enriched material stockpiles. → The immediate resumption of negotiations. An agreement remains possible. Only a few hours are left. It is up to Iran to respond to the legitimate conditions we have set. For the security of the region, for the stability of the world.

Je me suis entretenu avec le Président iranien @drpezeshkian en marge de l’Assemblée générale des Nations Unies. Avant tout, je lui ai redit mon exigence : Cécile Kohler, Jacques Paris et Lennart Monterlos, otages d’État détenus arbitrairement et dans des conditions inhumaines en Iran, doivent être libérés immédiatement. La France n’abandonne aucun de ses enfants. Notre position est claire : l’Iran ne doit jamais obtenir l’arme nucléaire. Devant le non-respect par l’Iran de ses obligations sur le nucléaire, avec l’Allemagne et le Royaume uni, nous avons pris la décision d’activer la procédure du SnapBack, permettant de réimposer des sanctions sur l’Iran. J’ai redit au président iranien nos exigences sur lesquelles nous ne saurons transiger : → Le plein accès des inspecteurs de l’AIEA en Iran. → La transparence sur les stocks de matière enrichie. → La reprise immédiate des négociations. Un accord reste possible. Il ne reste plus que quelques heures. Il revient à l’Iran de répondre aux conditions légitimes que nous avons posées. Pour la sécurité de la région, pour la stabilité du monde.

Nous étions 51 à San Francisco, nous sommes aujourd’hui 193 États membres dans cette Assemblée générale des Nations Unies. Pour autant, nous sommes en train de nous diviser. La fracturation du monde nous freine dans notre capacité collective à régler les grands conflits et à relever nos défis communs. Nous avons besoin plus que jamais de restaurer l’esprit de coopération qui a prévalu il y a 80 ans.
